We are looking for three nursing assistants/care staff for the Northern Home Care in Timrå Municipality. As an employee in Northern Home Care, you will work on a 6-week schedule with weekend duties every other weekend. You will work days and/or evenings.

Northern Home Care is a service based in Söråkers Centrum. Currently, there are 27 staff members working in the group, but as the number of users increases, we need to temporarily expand our group with 3 new employees.

Job Description

As a nursing assistant/care staff in home care, you perform care and service interventions for our users, both during planned visits and in response to alarms from users. You will also perform certain delegated health and social care tasks from nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists. If you are a trained nursing assistant, you will also act as a permanent care contact for some users.

You will work in the user's home and provide good care and service to the users based on approved interventions. You should understand the importance of working from a person-centered approach, focusing on the user's self-determination.

Qualifications

• Trained nursing assistant or other education/experience that can be equated with the nursing assistant's competence area
• It is advantageous if you have good computer skills and experience with the care and operational system Life Care and Life Care Mobile Care
• You can express yourself well in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Personal Characteristics
